	Rare Cardboard Marine Scene (1931) (Samuelian Book Pg. 18 top left) This hard to get motion lamp has a lighthouse on one side and a tall sailing ship on the other. The beacon on the top of the lighthouse changes color and waves move under the ship and crash at the shoreline of the lighthouse. The shade is cardboard and therefore doesn't allow as much light to go through as the glass shade type lamp. This makes the animation more subtle.	not available

	Scene in Action Ku Klux Klan Lamp A truly imposing and impressive motion lamp, and one which will be the highlight of any collection of lamp or Klan material. This Ku Klux Klan motion lamp looks great when off with its rich color graphic, but when operating the blazing fire on and around the cross is remarkable and quite realistic. It tempts you to want to reach out and touch it. It is powered by two large 150 watt bulbs that turn a very long and oversized cylinder inside. This 1920�s lamp was manufactured by the famous Scene In Action lamp company. They produced some of the finest motion lamps ever made in the twenties and thirties. This one was made on special order; it was not mass produced. It stands tall at over 28 inches tall by over 17 inches wide. Constructed of sturdy wood, metal, and glass with a paper scene and plastic cylinder. This is the actual lamp that was used to photograph for our motion lamp book (�Collector�s Guide to Motion Lamps� by Sam and Anna Samuelian. It is on page 27). We only know of one other existing example of this lamp, and we have never seen another for sale anywhere. Originally used by Klan members to call meetings, this lamp represents a shameful historical chapter in our history but still should be recognized as the incredible and unique piece that it is.	not available
	Majestic Radio Motion Lamp This 1920's vintage motion lamp by Scene in Action. This lamp is in wonderful condition. It even has the original cord and plug. The colors are rich and vibrant. It measures 14 1/2"wide by 18" tall. The spinner is a new replacement spinner that is a duplicate of the original and when the lamp is on the earth spins by...every content is seen in the round circle on the front image. 	Rare Scene in Action Peanut Warmer Motion Lamp It is an early Scene In Action motion lamp that is glass and metal, six sided, has a pewter metal finish, and was designed to keep peanuts warm. There are vivid flames on all the lower glass panels and on the top area is where the peanuts go under a lid. The lid itself has a molded metal peanut for a handle and there are molded peanuts on the lower border. Attractive, very rare, and sized so nice as to not need more shelf space or height than a standard motion lamp.	*

	Elephant Lady Fortune Teller (Copyright 3/9/26) (Samuelian Book Pg. 142) This is a beautiful hand painted Chalk figural lamp. It stands 16" tall and was produced by the S&S Manufacturing Co., Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She should have 2 tear drop prisms as seen in this photo. There is a small cup in the front opening to burn incense in the front of the urn. Inside there is a very tall pivot rod (this is a replacement part) that reaches almost to the very top opening of the urn. A very small fan spinner sits on the top of this rod. When the lamp is going the light flickers against the fortune tellers face and if you burn incense in the cup the smoke is drawn up into the urn and out the top to swirl around her face as well.	*

	Figural Lighthouse Motion Lamp in Plaster Probably from the forties or fifties, this is the actual lamp used to photograph for our book on page 150 bottom. Stands an impressive eighteen inches tall. Top plaster piece lifts to reveal a multi-colored metal and plastic cell cylinder that spins as a beacon. Very scarce and the only one we have ever seen. Originally had a silk cord. Has switch for power.	*
	Marx Revolving Beacon Tower Motion Lamp In Box This is No. 0446 and has original box. This actual lamp was used to photograph for our book on page 151 on upper right. Intended for use with Marx model trains, probably from the late forties. It is plastic with metal and to be powered by transformer from train set. Very unusual motion lamp.	*
	Bakelite Niagara Falls Motion Lamp Vintage is the forties and this is the actual lamp used to photograph for our book on page 146 bottom left. It has excellent color on the delicate paper graphic (which is protected by plastic sleeve). Fine lamp and a handy size.	*
	Red Bakelight Forest Fire Lamp This is a very rare motion lamp. It is in good to very good condition and works fine. The shade is a clear plastic with a paper scene attached. This lamp is all original and looks and works great	*
	Blue Encased Glass Double Spinner Fish Lamp with Music Box (1950's) (Samuelian Book Pg.165) This is the only lamp we have ever seen like this. It is exceptonally large and is the lamp photographed in our book. This lamp has a blue and white encased glass shade. The ribbed shape of the glass shade makes the fish on the spinner look like they are swimming as they go by there is a smaller inner spinner that rotates in the opposit direction to give the effect of shadows and seaweed going by. This is a very difficult lamp to photograph. I suspect there should have been a metal top on this lamp.	*
	Original Base ForBlue Encased Glass Double Spinner Fish Lamp with Music Box (1950's) (Samuelian Book Pg.165) This is the original b ase for the double spinner lamp. It has only one pivot rod and the music box works. It measures 11" across and is metal.	$19.99	$10.00
	Blue Merry Lamp (1950's) (Samuelian Book Pg.163) This unusual table motion lamp has a blue and white encased glass shade. 	Green Glass Gold Fish Motion Lamp (1930's) (Samuelian Book Pg. 139) This Lamp is on consignment and is in Beautiful condition. The Heavy green satin glass shade is perfect. There is the fine flaking on the top and botton edges which is always seen on this lamp but, there are no chips or cracks. The spinner is complete and works.	*
	Green Glass Gold Fish Motion Lamp (Rare Shade) (1930's) (Samuelian Book Pg. 139) This Lamp is in Beautiful condition. The Heavy green satin glass shade is perfect. The spinner is complete and works. The spinner is just a bit yellowed with age as are all the spinners of this vinage. 	Two Children at Hearth This is a very rare motion lamp. It appears that this sculpture is of a painting called "After the Bath". This is a very heavy metal sculpture with a bronze plated finish. It is in excellent condition and works very well. The original paint on the glass was badly flaked so the glass has been professionally repainted to look exactly like the original.	*
	Man and Woman at Fire Place (Samuelian Book Pg. 134) This is an interesting early metal figural lamp probably from the 1920's - 30's. It is 10" tall and in very good condition only one urn on the mantel looks as if it has been glued on (very neatly). The animation is a rather unsophisticated fire in the fireplace. The metal work is very nicely detail and finished in bronze plating. Even the housing for the back of this lamp has a nicely detailed pattern.	*

	Rare Hand Printed Oval Sailing Ships (Copyright 1958) This is a very rare motion lamp. This is the only lamp with rain as the animation. The rain beats down on the three sailing ships and the water goes passed the bow.
	Sailing Ships, Round (copyright 1958) (Samuelian Book Pg. 58) This is the only Econolite lamp, which features rain as the animation. Here "Old Ironsides", the "Windjammer", and the "Mayflower" vessels are sailing the stormy seas. The animation is of rain beating down, the waves moving under the vessels and upon close inspection an occasional bird appears to be flying from the ships.	*

This is harder to get than the red version.This lamp has a spinner with a paper graphic of Mickey Mouse and his friends on carousel horses.	*
	Red Totville Train Motion Lamp This wonderful Children's lamp is sure to please with it's train theme. It is in good to very good condition with just a couple of little spots of flaking on the decals.
	Pink Mother Goose (1940�s) (Samuelian Book Pg. 78) This delightful children�s lamp will certainly bring out the child in all of us. This lamp has the pink plastic base and paper shade. You favorite nursery rhyme characters, including Mother Goose herself, the cow jumping over the moon and the cat and the fiddle are decals on a clear plastic spinner; which revolves around a soft pastel scene of a fairy tale castle. (This lamp has the rarer scene with the smiling moon.)	*

	Rare Roto-Vue Style Forest Fire with Stag Using the Roto-Vue style framework, this graphic is very different from the usual Econolite forest fire lamp. It has a large prominent deer showing amidst the flames. This is the only example we have ever found and it was kept aside due to its rarity even though it has a very warped shade.	*
	Very Rare Fountain of Youth Motion Lamp with Swans Looking exactly like an Econolite Roto-Vue in style, this has a totally different scene. It is fifties vintage with the unique graphic of a boy and rabbit nearby and the boy pees into the water and it ripples. The reverse has depicts that actual Fountain of Youth.	*
	Roto Vue Jr. Fountain of Youth (Copyright 1950) (Samuelian Book Pg. 72) This was one of Econolite's most popular lamps. The unusual feature of this lamp is that it has a preacher's or modesty shade which is an extra outer plastic shell with foliage printed on half of it. This allowed the owner to hid the peeing boy from view (from the preacher or Mom). The little boy pees into the pond on one side (his stream of pee varies in length) and the explorers are discovering the Fountain of Youth on the other side (fountain is flowing). It is 10" tall.	*
	Rare Canadian Niagara Falls (Copyright 1950) (Samuelian Book Pg. ) This is a charming 11" tall lamp. We have only had two of these. It is a rare Canadian version of the Roto Vue Scene. Note the salmon pink sky line! Water rushes down the falls and churns at the bottom of the falls.	*

	Original Roto Vue Jr. Niagara Falls Shade (Copyright 1950) (Samuelian Book Pg. 71) This is an original shade for the Roto View Niagara Falls lamp. The plastic is perfect inside and out. 	Large Book Style Motion Lamp, "Why You Should Never Drink Water" (Copyright 1948) (Samuelian Book Pg.75) This example of the ever-popular Fountain of Youth motion lamp has very good color. The original instructions are still on the inside top. The paper scene is delicate on this lamp, as there is no glass to protect it. The scene does have some wavering as is typical in this lamp but, there are no tears. One thing you will notice with this lamp is that the little boys "fountain" (i.e. Pee) goes from long spirts to shorter ones and then one drop. This clever animation is sure to make you smile. This lamp also has a frog at the bottom of the scene that spurts out water from time to time.	*
	Book Style, "Why You Should Never Drink Water" (Copyright 1954) (Samuelian Book Pg.75) This example of the ever-popular Fountain of Youth lamp has gorgeous color. The original instructions are still on the inside top. The paper scene is delicate on this lamp, as there is no glass to protect it. This lamp has a hole and "X" tear in the paper scene (center top), which has been professionally repaired. The chrome frame has some light wear and very light pitting. The back has some discoloration and a tear. The spinner is a professionally made duplicate of the original The animation is perfect and the lamp works fine. One thing you will notice with this lamp is that the little boys "fountain" (i.e. Pee) goes from long spirts to shorter ones and then one drop. This clever animation is sure to make you smile.	*

It is an unusual example of a Goodman's distortion animation lamp. Here the outer shade has black and brown trees printed on it and inside there is a pleated translucent plastic shell. As Davy, the Indian and bear on the spinner go around they appear to float or move as they go by each pleat.	*
