This is a vintage 1940's Advertising opiece. It is a reverse painted silhouette of children and a thermometer. It advertises "Turin Grotto Italian Resturans 1221 Chestnut St. - 13 no 13th St. LO 7-2135 LO 7-9487 Philadelphia, Pa. This piece is in very good condition with some wear on the metal frame and the cardboard stan leg is missing. This coul easily be hung with a glue on hook. This is a fabulous 1930 piece probably made by Builderback's. It is hand painted on a piece of round convex glass. It is in very good condition. The piece measures 6".It has the original label on the back that eads "Hand Painted creation by Builderback's Inc. of Detroit made in USA". On the front it is signed with a "B".
